Wheel offset question

Im looking at some wheels for my B7 avant but was wondering if et35 will be fine with no problems, they're 235/35/19 size too.

That is exactly what I run. You may have very slight rubbing in the front under full lock and hitting a bump at the same time. Also, you may rub slightly if the rear shocks compress fully. Although, I am fairly low on coilovers. If you aren't, then you have no worries, other than the fact it will look kinda silly at stock height.
