Cruise control fitting service nr Manchester

I have seen numerous mobile fiiters advertising on ebay, ie

However these guys always seam to be located down south and I live inbetween Manchester and Huddersfield.

Can anyone recommend someone more local to me ? My vehicle is a 55 plate 2.0 tdi S Line Avant without a MFSW so I don't know if I will need a new control module

You will need a new steering column control unit revision r or q
Cruise switch
Lower cowling to accommodate the new switch
Also I advise a new clutch switch
Then pm me for fitment total labour time 1 hour
The column control unit is around £130
Cruise switch £28
Lower cowling £25
Clutch switch £11

I had to buy, the switch, lower cowel, clutch sitchand the column control unit these came to £239 + £50 for fitting. I could have saved 160 but needed the control unit

You should have a 8p0 953 549 g fitted but you can only tell by connecting via diagnostic
However I have a spare 8p0 953 549 f which allows cruise

Ok think the best thing to do is meet up. How much would you charge then for fitting and the module? Could you tell me the part numbefs for the stalk. Thanks

Ok, just been to awesome gti and having plugged the car in they confirmed it has the correct steering wheel module to accept cruise. Can you pm me your contact details thanks
