I have another question re 94 jetta 2.0, the previous owner removed air filter assembly and hooked cylindrical k&n filter right to the maf sensor. I heard that there may be some air pre-heater circuit in stock air filter assembly, although not quite sure about it. Can replacement of stock filter with k&n cylindrical filter cause a difficult starting? (PS engine rotates normally, problem is related to ignition or fuel)
