Looking good Mac, what did you use to bond the mesh to the fog grills? Have you got any mesh left over?

How to - Plenty of threads on bumper removal.
Once the bumper is off, remove the arrowed torx screws, the grille will then just pop out.

As for the fog surrounds, wasn't too bad

To pull out the surrounds, I pulled down and outwards lightly on the arrowed tabs, they came out easily

Made a template, marked up the mesh, used both a dremel and a junior hacksaw, smoothed off with sandpaper, 2 part epoxy resin to stick in place and all done, I was surprised it went well

Mac, what bumper are you running? The A4 I'm buying has the SE bumper and it looks similar, would LOVE to do this mod, it LOOKS AWESOME!

He has an s-line bumper, the rs4 grill won't fit an se bumper.

I feel your pain, I have an s-line cab and it's fitted with an se bumper as alot were around 2006 god knows what audi were thinking. This mod becomes more expensive as a result :-(

New to this forum and have just purchased a A4 B7 avant. Was just wondering how much and where did you order your RS4 grille from? As I wouldn't mind doing this mod myself.

Also is it possible for me to change the orange bulbs in the front headlights at all?

Hi & welcome, I bought RS4 grille from Audi, as for the clear corner mod - yes many have done this mod (not me tho'), have a search around the forum fella you'll find it somewhere
