Indeed, I have just replaced the roof on my Daughter's MKII MX5. Fingers in shreds, hopefully it will last another 14 years :D

sigh......... got rid of mine last year and bought A4 cab with practical head on.
Miss it loads

Bullet proof and you have to love pop up headlights ( with the mod they pop up when you flash )

Oh Andy e, I really feel for you mate. My wife's on her forth MX5 and is absolutely paranoid about it. Slightest scratch, swirl in the paint, dust!!! Granted it doesn't take as long to wash as my A6 but it gets done much more often. Just hope it's not a car thing for your sake mate :-)
