Treads on steps coming off!

The treads on my side steps are coming off, 1 has already fallen off and 3 more are on the way.

Should be an easy fix with some heavy duty adhesive and degreaser but it's still annoying.

Anybody else had a similar issue?

The one at the front of the steps kept coming off mine on both sides. Dealer replaced under warranty. Tended to bend up on the leading edge and then moisture gets underneath.

I have stuck them on for now but will have to buy some new ones as they are still curled at the edges. Pretty poor design if they are coming off after only 4 years max!
