No Heater air from center dash vents

Alhambra 2001 20VT
I am not getting any air from the center & lower end dash vents blower is running OK works fine on defrost setting. Have I lost a flap valve or a duct come off? The heater seems quite slow warming up also.

Looks like the flap stepper motor has failed or the signal to it, too cold to investigate! Local dealer going to have a look Thursday Iwill update the post.

Needless to say when they tested it the heater worked perfectly, no problems so it's a wait & see if it does it again.
