'Squeak' from front offside suspension

Hi folks,

I've had recent work done to replace a lower-arm balljoint on the side from where the squeak has since developed.

I silicone sprayed any bushes which I could see and the squeak has reduced.

Does this mean I'm going to have to keep spraying the bushes or is there a more permenant solution?
