2.5 tdi tuning

Hi was wondering if anyone on here has any good tried and tested methods as to increasing power in the 2.5 tdi engines. I have a 180 hp model and would like to get power to around 220-250hp is there anything apart from chips and remaps which may help get more power from my engine? Thanks

You could look at high flow panel filter, exhaust, bigger intercooler and maybe bigger or hybrid turbo. Other than that you've always got nitrous kits, but they are not that usable really.

gtb2260vk and bosio race 683 and custom remap and you're past the 250 Bhp goal. Fin turbo does a bolt on hybrid which works fine and is good for up to 280Bhp...

OK thanks for ideas, where would a good place to find a gtb2260vk turbo and bosio race 683s? Also sure sumone should be able to help, I was thinking about blanking the egr valve does this put a light or anything on if it is blocked? Thanks
