Guys,

I recently bought a A4 avant S reg. 130,000 Which is very new to me as I am a classic/hot rod enthusiast. Last car I bought was a 1958 ford zephyr lol. However, love the car, never want to get rid of it!

5 days after I got it, somebody went into the back of me in traffic ggrrrrrr.

Silver lining and all that.... I'm going to use my claim money to do some pro-active work, and replace/upgrade things before they go faulty. And get a bit more power at the same time, would like to get 200bhp. Just wanted advice on what is worth it, and what isn't. My suggestions are:-

Oil pump and uptake pipe
Cam belt
fan belt
head gasket
Clutch (maybe an uprated)
Free flow stainless exhaust system
Remap ECU
Air filter/induction kit
Badgless grill
face lift front fogs
Devil eye front lights
Smoke rear lights
powder coat alloys black (The car is volcano black btw)
Tinted windows.

Anything else you can suggest would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

With that list i would add a bigger turbo and bigger injectors. Maybe some cams. Depends how much you want to spend.

Cheers Rich.

How about a front mount intercooler? Do much?

Well I just bought one from eBay for 130ish it won't make huge differences but if you are going with a bigger turbo or will help with cooling. Plus it will look awesome.
