Eh? seriously?

I reckon it might just depend on what engine is fitted and along with its specification. Optional extras vary wildly.

Check autotrader/Ebay/Pistonheads to see what is out there.

engine = 2.0 TDI 143 PS
optional extras = satnav

You might as well just suck your finger and wave it in the air to pull a random figure out. To get a more accurate figure you would need to know:

-Transmission (Auto is worth more)
-Colour (Yes..Colour makes a big difference - especially if the paintwork is pearlescent)
-Wheels (19inch vs 17 inch)
-Whats your idea of "low" mileage? 5000 miles? 10,000 miles? 50,000 miles?
-Any other optional extras - DAB/Bang and Oluefsen Sound system adds a few K

Anyway as a ballpark figure...I went onto Parkers:

For a 2.0 140bhp Diesel A4 with approx 30,000 miles, S-Line Standard Spec: (Unfortunatley they didnt specifically have special edition on there, so add perhaps another £1-2k),
These were the rough prices if you owned the car and were selling it:

Original Price £26,350

Franchised Dealer £15,625

Independent Dealer £15,025

Private Good £14,275

Private Poor £11,995

Part Exchange £13,075

Its worth browsing sites like parkers/autotrader/etc etc as above for a better idea.

Rather rude that no one has welcomed you to the forum tazza.

We all were a first poster once and asked questions as a newbie.

Unlike other forums this is a very friendly helpful place and first posts should not be jumped on with contempt.

Chuck some more details across matey and fire more questions and hopefully we can all assist.

Enjoy

Maybe so but I've never put a first post on a forum like that. That's like walking into a bar and shouting "Oi! Where's my drink?"

It precisely why I haven't posted in this thread previously.

It could just be me though but judging from the unusual lack of responses I don't think so.

hi all,

thanks for all your replies so far.

heres some more details about what im after:

Model: Audi A4 Saloon S Line special edition
Colour: Phantom Black Metallic
Engine: 2.0 TDi
Gearbox: Manual
Age: Up to 18 months
Fuel: Diesel
Mileage: Up to 20,000
Must have: HDD SatNav, Parking sensors , Bluetooth phone preparation. Stop/start.

Middle of last year these were on AutoTrader for around 23K - but cant seem to find any on AutoTrader at the moment! lol.

Regarding the Stop/start feature - am i safe to assume that it is standard on all 10 and 11 plate A4's ???

thanks.

Have a look at this site, tends to be more 'market realistic. than Parkers, in fact if you put in the right data it tends to be more or less where Glasses guide is..
