Multi-function steering wheel switch failure

The mode button (left hand side) has stopped working as has the adjacent scroll wheel.
Also the DIS doesn't show info relating to either radio, media or phone.
Does anyone know if this is just a blown fuse????

Right hand volume is working fine.

Has your phone stopped connecting too? Had this the other day. I had to turn everything off, disconnect key and lock car then start again.

Or is yours continually not working?

What was the fix? As above? I have similar issue both the mode button and the voice button not working? The display seems ok though? Also Bluetooth pin is greyed out so unable to connect to Bluetooth!
Any ideas where to look would be appreciated!
