samsung tvs

Anyone out there got problems with a samsung tv, powerboard issue's(red l.e.d flashing and not switching on ect)mines a 6 series 40 inch,just sorted it and wondering if its a common problem.

iv got a 2 year old 19" samsung tele that reacts very slowly, the red led does start flashing then it just turns off sometimes.. bit odd

Mine was switching itself on and off sometimes in the middle of the night,picture freezing,there's been problems with capacitors bursting out black gunge on top,but that is earlier types,mine was loose screws holding the powerboard down,its wasn't earthing.

have u contacted samsung? you should, and i think you should unplug it at night,

a friend of mine had a sky box acting up, and one night it caught fire by itself and burned half the house down, luckly she wasnt hurt, and sky did pay for everything, (including a new samsung tv :)) but its not worth what could have happened

just phone samsung uk and they should fix it foc. its a known problem with the caps

Mine wasn't the caps blowing that was a earlier model,this model has uprated capacitors.

I have seen the forum,just wondering if anyone on here has had a similar problem.
