Help needed around Canary Wharf/Canada Water area

I've mis-placed by VAG-COM cable and need to check what this EMS warning light on the dashboard means before my car gets MOTed.

I'd appreciate it if you could get in touch if you have a 16-pin ODBII cable that fits a Mk4 Polo.
