Reflection of light switch?

When it is dark, I have a clear reflection of the light switch (on the RHS of the steering wheel) in the RH door mirror. Is this experienced by everyone else?

Mine reflects the 'engine start' as well.

Yep. Common on a number of modern cars. I had a Volvo v60 for a while.. that was even worse.
What I find annoying is that I can't dim the dashboard lights far enough. On my old Passat, (with the blue lights) it was much better at night, and could dim down lots more than the CC.
