:D Ok now got my own original version of vag-com now known as VCDS, very happy and spent all morning working with the OS and I like it! so ive run some test and checked the injectors and have the following to report:

Group 13 (injection quantity deviation) for cylinder 3 is 0.08 - 0.16 weres as the others are all showing between 0.55 - 130.

I am trying to sort the slight judder on idle, also the engine idle speed is between 742 - 766 can this be raised slightly as this does iron out the rough idle?

Isnt No3 the needle lift sensor one?

Not sure which order they go in yet, if it is the lift sensor it hasnt shown any faults, I have no issues with worn cam lobes so I suspect its a worn nozzle, or a few worn nozzles as theres a big differance between them all but this one is way out.

If it is that one and its needs replacing its expensive .Got a Bosch one on ebay last year and saved £100

I think the last time I looked it was £200+ish from the main dealer, I have run a few scans and this doesnt show as a fault, but given the reading it is a lot different than the others, I have found a local bosch specialist who will recon each injector and pop test for £35 each thats me removing them, but this wont be done till the new year, given the high milage I suspect the nozzles are past there best.
