2.8 1999.5 110k - engine noise louder after service

Hi y'all,

I'm sure I'm not imagining it, the engine definitely sounds louder/deeper, esp noticeable above 40mph. No fault codes, no power drop, just noise. Nothing done at service other than usual oil/filters, etc.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be super thankful.
