Hi all I have been looking at a number of the various oil extraction devices Mityvac, Pela and the 12v pump variants. I am sure that some of you are using the said items what do you recommend ?
Thanks

I've got the Pela version and it's very good. Cost was about £35 from an online marine shop.

Pela 6000 I think is the model number.
I use a sealey one, its effortless and even used it for vaccing a stubborn brake bleed, well worth investing in.

I hadn't heard of these devices before, so many thanks to all for the info, on the strength of which I've ordered a Pela 6000 from mailspeedmarine.com. It will be ideal for my Honda mower as well as cars.
Edit: Oh bother! I forgot the underslung oil filter on A4 petrol engines. Can’t see any way to avoid the pain of access from underneath on these.
