A5 3.0 tdi What to go for?

Im thinking of buying a A5 3.0 Tdi Quattro Sport for between 14 - 17k. I know it will probably be an 07-08 plate with probably 70k plus mileage which is not an issue for me.

Now I just wanted to know what options/extras are a must on this car i.e bang and olufsen sound system. 19 inch wheels, keyless entry, etc etc.

What would most that have purchased the A5 wished they had gone for ?

Even though I have an A6, it still has that excellent engine which is really suited to Audi's Tiptronic gearbox, totally makes the whole car a nicer place to be imo.

I had an A5 Cabriolet as a loan car a few weeks ago and it had the excellent B&O sound system which performed very well. The sound didn't distort even at high levels and the volume was that high, it started to hurt my ears but still sounded well.

Wheels are everyones personal preference tbh but I find the 19" RS4 7 arm double spoke a very popular choice in my local area.

Another option well worth having would be the 3G HDD nav (if you need it but not sure if this was around in 07-08 pleates though) which can also play movie DVD's through the screen.

I love the 7 spoke twin allows and in 20's they look awesome too! I must admit the 20 inch black edition alloys look mean too! But I think I'll go for 19 inch y spoke in silver !

Bang and olufsun stereo is a must now as I love my sound quality. Anything extra will be a bonus!

I think u will hard be hard pushed to find a decent a5 for 14k. U need to spend at least 17-18 k for a half decent one.

yes 14 - 15k I dont think ill get the 19's and it will be 80k + mileage, i think 17K is about right.

I'm going to hold out for a few months wait for the new A5 to take off and hopefully might get a good deal.
