Glow plug flashing on dash

Noticed in recent weeks that the glow plug light while driving starts to flash then just stops flashing by its self ,it flashes for about 2 or 3 minutes, there appears to be no difference in performance or when engine is idling.would anyone be able to shed any light on this ??

The only thing you can do is get it fault code read, this may show a problem with the brake light switch.

Yup thanx its certainly something to do with the brake switch/bulbs always seems to happen in slow moving traffic.
