squeaky clutch pedal

my 2010 143 diesel avant is going in for a squeaky clutch pedal for the 2nd time, last time they said it was an upgrade on a pin on the pedal. Will have to wait and see what they say it needs this time cause that didn't sort it, just wondered if anyone else has had same problem and what was done about it?

yep me too went in twice . had new pin then went back in to be regreased with special stuff ,ok now.

I had this on my old veedub golf after fitting a new gearbox/DMF/clutch. One of my friends is a mechanic and he said its the pressure plates that squeak (on mine anyway) and he said its nothing to worry about, simply until it wears in.
