Audi A1 - Is it possible to get a 3rd Seatbelt fitted ???

Looking at an Audi A1 S-Line and wondered if there was a possibility of getting a lap belt fitted which meets the safety standards?

Any info much appreciated

The A1 only has 4 seats and there is a storage area where the middle seat would be.

I just thought I had read somewhere that you can get a 3rd seatbelt fitted (if non storage area) for £250?
