Part Identfication

The part pointed out with the red arrow is weeping causing the black deposits around this area. If possible could anybody identify this part, and what is involved in replacing it.

The part arrowed is the vacuum unit which controls the flaps within the plastic intake manifold.The oils from the inside of the intake or dripping down from the rocker cover..Give it a squirt with degreaser & monitor it.
