A/C to climate control

Hi all,
Is it possible to upgrade the A/C to the climatronic panel on a mark4 golf?

It can be done but...

It is probably cheaper to buy a car with it already fitted because...

You need to replace the complete heater assembly which means a dashboard out job. The wiring required is 'rocket science' as well, you'll need a full clima loom which probably has as much cable in it as an Apollo command module.

If you search this forum, there was someone who did it in a Polo !

... and how is easy was that... ? Thought about it many a time.. seen some online guides aswell... but the reality of dealing with the airbag etc just put me off
