Just had first LongLife service at 18.6k/19 months at a cost of £166 all in. Opted to have aircon service as well at at a cost of £79 including gas.
Have spent just over £2.2k on 400 gallons of diesel. When last brimmed at 16.8k overall consumption was 47.5mpg.
By the time the winter wheels & tyres go on again at the beginning of November the original summer Contis will about be finished having by then covered 21-22k after being swapped front to rear to front at 10.5k. At that point the rears still had 6mm of the original 7mm across the tread while fronts had 4mm at the edges and 3mm in the centre. The winter tyres (205/50 x 17 Nokians) wore at a much slower rate and should be good for five winters. I reckon on about £150 a corner for the type of tyres I go for although I was lucky to get my winter tyres during June 2010 for £95 a corner, a far cry from their current price.
