I have a 2009 140TDI golf Plus which has a behind the dashboard noise when it is raining, no noise at all when it is dry. It is a motor/actuator type noise that lasts about 3-4 seconds and occurs every few minutes. Everything heater wise still works but obviously not completely happy so will take it to the dealer to investigate. Air intake grill is completely clear so problem must be drains or leakage in somehow.
Has any body experienced similar or have an idea which component it might be?
