rear electric windows

hi i have a passat 1.8t 2002 model,the rear electric windows wont work from there switches but from the main switch drivers side they work,has anyone a clue what could be the problem

There is another switch on the main panel on the drivers door that locks the windows, its a safety feature in case the kids try to open the windows

heard about this,but some cars havent got it,and guess what mine hasnt,thanks for reply mate
