Hey guys,
Im looking for a reliable and recommended remapper in the north wales area, does anyone know of any? Or could recommend any that possibly do mobile fitting? And what gains could i expect/ pruce would i pay??
Ive found a company called celtic tuning which do mobile fitting and boast good power gains ect, they get good reviews on their website, but i guess they would anyway! Does anyone have any experince of using these guys? Or could you recommend me a tried and tested reliable company?

What gains would i get from your remap? How much would it cost? Awesome gti have got a good offer going at the moment £150, can you be as competitive as this???

What effect will a remap have to the engine will it cause excessive strain in any engine components, clutch etc? My engine has done 44000 and is the 2.0 tdi 140 blb engine. Thats the only thing thats stopping me from getting a remap is the worry that it could lead to component failure due to increase strain on the engine.

You are adding more power but for a stage 1 it is nothing to worry about as the car can easily handle the extra power and we write the maps to within the cars capabilities.

What about the latest 2011 ECU's which are bolted down using special security bolts. Can these be remapped too. I have the 140 TDi and want to remap this to 170 if possible.
