A 2008 A4 B8 Bluetooth problem , plz help ! :(

i just got my first Audi, a 2008 A4 B8,
i was trying to set the bluetooth connection , for the first phone i had no problem
and the connection went well, for my second phone i had trouble and it started downloading the phone book probably ... meanwhile the BT connection was lost
and now i stuck with the " PLEASE WAIT " message...

any idea on how the hell do i reset the BT module ??
need ur help guys !!! :)

Factory reset in MMI car settings ??

Reset the MMI, hold SETUP, central control and the top right soft key.

I did the MMI Reset and it had no affect on the " Please wait" message ..
i have reseted everything including radio and etc which did reset ...
is there any key combination to reset it ?

will unpluging the battery cause any problems ?
and do you think guys it may help ? ...

That key combination should've reset the MMI just like rebooting a computer.

Not sure what unplugging the battery would do though.

The MMI reset would usually cure the simplest problems

Do you think a vag-com connection may help in such a case or its some special connection ?
