will a 2006 front bumper fit straight onto a 2004

i have a a3 with the split grill, will a big grill bumper just bolt on with no major mods?

A friend of mine has transformed the front of his A3 but it wasn't cheap.

He had to change the wings, bonnet, slam panel & obviously the bumper. As I said, not cheap but looks awesome. His was a 54 plate and he put the 2010 front on it.
