Turbo add on

I have an Audi A4 1.8l 1997 B5 series None Turbo. Is it possible to fit a Turbo to this engine without a lot of engine or exhaust upgrades?

you would need complete intercooler with hose kit, turbo manifold, turbocharger, wastegate, n75 vaccum hoses and electrical loom, oil feed pipe and return, coolant system feed and return through turbo, not to mention maf sensor/injector upgrade and ecu upgrade, apart from that bob's your uncle..
