Where is the therma resistor located in my mk3 golf gti?

Are you talking about the resistor for the heater blower motor?

Yup,thats the one,im pretty sure any way.My blower switch only works on the number 4 setting.i was advised to buy a new thermal resistor,so i did,but im not quite sure where its located on the golf? cann you help?
