Different reading on every cylinder A4 B7 2005 2.0 TDI 140 BLB engine

Hi,

I wonder if you can help. Why would rpm, torque, voltage and temp be different on cylinders? Is it indicating a problem or reading is incorrect?

We did the same diags on his car and all of them was the same on every cylinder.
