Ipod Interface On A4

I am new to this forum so please bear with me!!

I have just purchased an Audi A4 56 registered car which has an Ipod interface in the glove box

The stereo is a Bose Symphony 6 CD changer unit

I have an IPOD nano.

When i put the nano in the cradle, the Audi sign comes up on the Ipod, but i cant seem to get it to play through the stereo

I have tried it on all sources, Radio, CD and tape, and it just plays the CD or radio

Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong

Hi,

I'm new here too, but am researching the Ipod interface for my A3. I think I remember reading that you press and hold the CD button.
