Flared arches for a6

hi guys, im thinking about buying an A6 2.7t manual as ive been researching the internet and many believe that it is a better 'drivers' car than the 4.2. however the 4.2 with flared arches is a much better looking car!! can a kit be purchased to make a 2.7 look like a 4.2???
also, what suspension, exhaust mods need to be done to improve the cars power and handling?
