at the moment the car was dynoed at 333bhp and 322lbft and i love the car to bits!!

ive just had the whole cars paintwork sproosed up primering it in black instead of white so stonechips dont show as much had the front and rear bumpers primed in black repaired and resprayed the whels all newly refurbed AGAIN in moondust silver had the whole n/s of the car resprayed ect the spoiler resprayed and the mirror covers and all other pannels buffed compounded waxed and protected glaze.

things to come are only
ms design side skirts to give it the low look all the way round but other than that im finished for now!

i did on the first 1 i put on but have recently changed it for a new 1 and i havent caught it yet :D i love the low look and without the splitter it looks pants! the traction is suprisingly fine lol i thought it was going to be a massive problem but not at all obviously i cant use all thepower in 1st and second but can still manage a 0-60 in 4.3 seconds!!!

hey spanny yer having problems with it all the time at the mo as my standard engine mounts are fcuked and engine movement keeps on flexing the turbo-downpipe flange and causing it to blow so this is the 4th time the gaskets are being changed :( but ive had some custom made vibratechnics engine mounts made for me so hopefully that will sort that out WOULD BE NICE TO DRIVE MY CAR PROPPERLY sinse the turbo have had to drive so slow everywhere as its always POORLY but hey should be fab when its done! you still going to ihi ur mrs car? wanna buy mine lol

gaz NO WAY IM SPRAYING THE SIDE STRIPS imo looks pants like the way the plastic splits the colour up!

Yep mate i will be still going ihi, but not as soon as i would have lied to, finances mean ill do stage 2 first, and all the prep work with other bits before i go for the turbo.

Sounds good about the engine mounts, hopefully they will put it into production as ill deffo want some when i get mine done.

Oh and guess what, found out on friday that my ibiza lives again, some guy bought it in ireland for his daughter, managed to get alot of parts from breakers yards etc and has managed to fix it :( bit upsetting as she was my baby :( but ah well, ill have a new baby next year :D

Oh and yep, id buy yours, once it got some bloody reliability to it :p

yep i will be doing everything that you have done mate, as i know you have used good quality brands, which i also intend to do, and yep, was only joshing about the bad luck stuff, as you well know, i blew 2 hybrid turbos up lol, only difference is, i WILL NOT use JBS, just a personal choice thats all.

Yep i knew my ibiza could be fixed aswell, but at a cost, apparently the figure stands at about 6k he said, inc buying the car for 3.8k which tbh i think is a awsome price. He said he got dash and stuff from a breakers yard for 400 inc belt tensioners, airbags etc.so that will have saved him a packet. He bought the car for his daughter lol, so she is gonna have one hell of a car on the road.......

Oh and as for diesel being old news, far from it, i still say, if id have thrown about another 2k at it engine wise me and you would have been very close ;);)

yep been watching your progress on scn ;) sneakily lol, as i can view as a guest. You have done alot to it since you had it mate, drop an R32 engine in it, would be super cool.

I recently got to test a Cupra 2 250PS I was told and it was really suprising - stable and usable power no traction problems, torque steer etc. That's with me used to my Quattro, too. Great car, rash;)

spanny the thread got deleated and i asked them to open a new thread for me but they sed no so bugger it im going to make it all up custom myself when the golf is on the road and the beezer can be taken to bits to customise it all :)

hopefully will make the ihi spool up even earlier as it is well restrictive this is the last mod tho SERIOUSLY!

the power on mine is so useable does spin up if not eased in but i managed a 0-60 in 4,3 secs at gti international without a L.S.DIFF and i have 1 of those now ;)

That is very very nice, and very tastefully done

I see what you mean about the side skirts, it will finish it off a treat!

I would hate to imagine how much all that set you back, you do it yourself?

Dan.
