Changing xenon headlight dip for going to France

Handbook says it can be done but get the dealer or a garage to do it due high voltage risks. Had a first look but no knobs marked L & R, unsurprisingly!

Any ideas, chaps?

Thanks for replying a8 tech. I think your advice points me to the dealer as I don't have a vagcom - and probably wouldn't know what to do if I did!
