My girlfriends car went in for MOT where they replaced a brake light bulb. When she got the car home and locked it with the fob the alarm went off. We made sure all doors were shut etc but it kept activating. We locked the car just using the key so alarm wouldnt set but when she got in it the next day the battery was completely dead. The alarm circuit had still been drawing a current. I charged it up and alarm went off as soon as i connected it. On chance, i took the new brake light bulb out and alarmed the car and it was fine. The bulb is exactly the same as the one on the other side. Thought it might be a double filament issue but no. Any ideas?
