Me choose between these two cars

Hello - I am looking to buy my first Audi :)

But... I can't decide between these 2 - or if I should be looking elsewhere.

1) Audi A3 - 2.0 TDI - Sport- 2007 - 57 Reg (2008MY)
Independent Garage with 3 month warranty

Price: £11,000 ($17,981)
*Seems to be under Glass's guide valuation

From an Audi Dealership with 12 months Audi Approved Warranty (for cars over 5 years)
36,000 Miles
One owner from new (private)
Full service history with Audi
Inside is a lot more worn than the one above (although this is pre-forecourt so I assume it will look like new once put out)
Price: £11900 ($19,455)
*Seems to be over the Glass's valuation guide.

Neither look particularly good value IMHO.

I'd think about buying privately when looking at 4/5 year old cars - You will get a lot more for your money.
