I have been looking into this over the past few months - trying to look at either the plug in performance box or towards a remap. Im seriously looking to do this now but still dont know what to pursue.

The engine is 180hp as standard and the upgrades offer around 212-225 hp.

Id like to hear from anyone that had a remap or fitted a performance box - would love to find out what the opinions are and what experiences you have had with these performance modifications.

After having the modification done what was the drivability like - was there much difference etc.

Hope to hear a lot !

This is a great engine for tuning especially for the economy side as this gives as much as 10 mpg extra as verified by a few of my clients. It will also increase the power throughout the rev range and make it smoother to drive.

Let me know if you would like any other info.

Recieved a call today - a guy resonably local who can remap my car for £325. Increase of 50hp and 100nm torques.

Another quote sligthtly less was giving a 45hp and a 60nm increase.

Sounds like this is a def as it seems to be an appreciable increase in power.
