Had car on a computer which stated no3 coil was U/S. Just picked one up from A1 Motor Stores (QX components Ltd. Audi & VW popular pencil coil QIC007)
Mr Haynes bible says to unscrew top cover and remove? Looked at the coil and it is just a push fit one, no screws or owt. Cannot see how the coil disconnects from the plasticwork that, I assume, hides the wiring to the coil.
2003 52 plate 2.0 SE ALT engine.
