You appear to have faults in 7 modules, which is a alot. Why dont you clear all the faults and see what comes back.

Your horn and wipers are controlled via the same module (09-Cent. Elect), its quite possible you issue is common to both faults.. Find the module and have a good look at it..

As has been said, clear all the codes and see what comes back. Check the horn wiring to the horn itself; it often rubs through on the bumper support bracket screw.

What is??

The vcds result.

You should go into (09-Cent. Elect) and complete an output test. this should test your horn and the different stages of your wiper motor.

This will allow you to narrow down the issue.

Does the car have a good battery? Are you having starting issues?

yes, i had some starting problem below -20c temp. and the battery discharges easy.
this is the 09-Cent. Elect test:

That’s I one we don’t see here, a natural gas and petrol model with a BSX engine.

Anyway I think you should do as been suggested and try the horn, wipers and indicator using the central electrics output function.

A poor battery might be causing the majority of the faults.
I would replace this firstly if you are finding that it is discharging easily.

Turn your ignition on and run the output test on 09. See does your horn work and your wipers through all the stages.

Just follow attached

I checked the horn, it was working fine when connected to 12v. and the cables looked fine.

I just changed the battery and then the output test. The horn and wipers was dead.
maybe is the some control module. do you know the code for the control module to the windscreen wiper and the horn for a caddy 07?

Crasher

No, check the horn operation using the onboard power supply output test function, this will tell you if the onboard power supply and relay are functioning. You have the tool, use it!

I think what you are saying is that you have completed the output test on 09 module and you have found the horn and wipers to be non functional. Can you confirm this???

If so it appears your control wiring is OK and the fault is from the module to device(s) that are the issue. Considering you have 2 problems from this module it is most likely the module or module output wiring that is kaput!!!

Yes, I completed the output test on 09 module, the horn and wipers was not working.

Ok, then I should try to change the module. Do you know the code or name for this module, so I can order it.

Really appreciate your responses

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe its the J519 module. Don’t have much info on your car.

On the golf its under the dash panel. see diag (item 12)

Maybe Crasher can confirm if this is correct and its location?

I would check this module for loose, broken or corroded wires before I condemn it though.

Look at the data for Address 09, it gives you the onboard supply control units part number.

Are you sure the coding for the central electrics module is correct. Has anyone touched any coding on the car, even by accident.

solutio

The problem is fixed. It was the cable between the module and the wipers that give a pulse signal. Broken somewhere. The horn and the other electronic problems had separated issue, I just had bad luck to have it the same time.
Thanks for all the help guys.
