Audi TT 2009- LED registration bulbs!

Hey guys, I have an Audi TT 2009 MY with the DIS system.

Noticed a TT driving in front of me the other night with big bright registration bulbs. He had fitted LED festoon bulbs and looked GREAT!

Went on Ebay and bought myself some for a 10er! Fitted them and look AWSOME! Well for the first 3seconds! :(

The DIS Drivers info system fitted 2009 MY on cuts out the registration bulbs as the amp draw is incorrect and sees it as a problem and turns them off. up to 2008 its fine.

DOES ANYONEEEE know if a parameter under vag com can be changed to stop the dis ststem from turning them off orrrrr is there any companies out there who sell the bulbs with the correct resistor in them?

JimC64 done this (http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=68951) on his A6.

He's also fitted reg plate LEDs iirc so you could PM and see what he says :)
