Hi,
I have a 1997 VW PASSAT 1.8T. Recently my windscreen washer failed as well as windscreen wipers while on washing mode. If I turn windscreen wipers on normally, they work perfect. They failed only on washing mode. I have replaced the 197 wiper relay with no effect. Any solutions? Much appreciated. Thanks.
