Cant adjust volume whilst on call

Hello all

Just wondering, i have an iphone, audi oem bluetooth, rns-e but whilst on a call i can not turn the voulme up or down, i have tried the phone, the steering wheel controls and the voulme button on the RNS-e unit but nothing works.

Also the controls on the steering wheel only control the volume and radio stations, nothing else.

Any ideas?

Has it just happenned or always been like that? Have you tried it without the phone synced? Not sure whether that will do anything but just a thought.

Its always been like it, volume works ok on radio etc but not on phone.
