Second Hand Numbers

Hi Guys,
Just a little observation...the Audi A1 as far as Im aware has only been available in the UK now for the best part of 3 months tops? (November time). How comes there are so many of them for sale second-hand already on sites like Autotrader? I realise that some will be from unfortunate circumstances etc..but looking on one auto site..there was 46 of them..and most have done less than 1000 miles!

Im not saying its a bad car or anything (Personally I love it) but I just find it strange to have so many already re-selling, especially considering its economical, not overly-expensive and cheap to tax/insure.

It's all the ones that the dealers registered and used as their "demo" cars - they seem to be cycling them through very quickly to start to establish some 2/h stocks to take the heat out of the long lead-time for new....
