Hi,
One of the keys for my Q7 isn't functioning properly.
1. The flip up metal part of the key will only lock into place if I tweak it back and forth by hand and I can't get it to lock into place when folding it back in (other than that, everything on the key remains fully functional and it does not justify buying a full new key unit... but it's annoying).
2. Also, on the same key unit - and while I remedy point 1, I might as well sort out this point 2: The black plastic cover is scratched and scuffed a bit too much for my liking. I think the plastic covers might be replaceable but wouldn't know where to start in order to take apart the existing unit and where to source a shiny new replacement cover, without incurring too much/ unjustifiable cost.
Can anyone please assist on both points?
