hello new to this forum i was wandering if you could help me i have just bought a y reg audi a3 1.6 sport and i want to change the concert tape player for an aftermarket cd player but i have heard a lot of people have problems with their rear speakers not working what wires do i need

Hi mate, If you swap it with standard ISO connection it doesnt seem to work, well it didnt for me, I went and bought this for my Audi A3 1.6 SE 1997 (with BOSE amp and SUB which work perfectly with it)

I changed mine to an aftermarket cd head unit and had earthing/ buzzing issues- to solve i removed the standard sub/speakers and disc changer and replaced with upgraded versions and seperate amps! It costed more but well worth it inmy eyes as standard equipment is pretty poor. Autoleads can supply a lead for a conversioni think but make sure you pick the right 1 as ther are afew choices.

im sorry about this thanx for your replies but is there anyway i can find out if mine is rear amplified there is a sub in the back but i cant find an amp dont even know if it is bose :zx11::zx11::zx11:
