bora cup holder

Hi does anyone know how to stop my cup holder rattling when its closed, its drives me mad, its on top of the 6 disc cd changer thanks

Is it broken or does it operate normally? Sounds like it could be the spring that is not working properly....

peter its fine, it works ok just rattles when its closed, thanks ken

I suggest that the only thing to do is take it out and have a look to see what is happening. Is something bouncing against the top of the CD player when it is shut? If the rattle stops when it is open then this may be the case......

I suppose that you could try taping it round with electrical tape to see it that stops the rattle - at least it would tell you what exactly was rattling.....
