sorry to tell you this bud, but you were ripped off - £210 for a 2nd hand interface is ridiculous, I'd be sending it back and buying a new interface.

Looking at the scan in your other thread, your using VCDS lite !!
If you have a genuine cable why are you not using 10.6 ??

I am i have 10.6.3 but when i was asked to do a full scan by a ross tech person they said use lite so thats the scan i uploaded using the latest version, i get the exact same results from 10.6.1 to the lite version, again these replys are not helping my situation i have the cable the software just missing label file

£210? You could have bought a real, brand new, supported one from Gendan for £268.55.

If Ross tech have said you don't qualify for it, then I don't think anyone here will be allowed to supply it.

You bought your cheap 3rd party dumb interface lead from ebay for £8 in September 2010.

You then used "a little computer know how" to crack the software and foolishly boasted about it here

No one will help you to defraud a company. You're wasting your time here.

Thanks for the helpfull replys, NOT. The cable and software is genuine. I have not used pirate software or cheap ebay cables as they dont work for the needs i have for it. Like I said i have no issue with my cable or software I just have one label file missing to read the measuring blocks, i am able to read all fault codes do full scans etc adaptions and other functions i just want to be able to properly label the measuring blocks of data not to difficult to understand

Which i think is extremley unfair as i purchased the setup which is genuine from one person who brought it, I have no issue with my cable or software i have ever function available to me i just want to be able to read the measuring block clearly as the AZQ LABEL file is not included in any version however i know it exists from reading other members posts with vag com scans with the azq engine, mostly in germany not sure if this is a coinsidence

Dont have a clue what your talking about, why is it so bloody hard to just get some help, you pay all that money for the cable and software and you cannot even just get the damn label file needed

The lead works a charm, and with a little computer know how i cracked the software to work fully licenced under the 409.1 version as the patch downloaded with it does not work. Well worth the £8 lol cheers guys

Maybe that jogs your memory?

Help is out there, but you shot yourself in the foot when you publicly admitted to ripping off Ross Tech.

Yes thats correct back in september when i had the problem then, since then the cable doesnt work and 409.1 is ****, so hence i purchased the 2nd hand genuine cable from ebya for £210 like i said which i brought in november when started having problems with low MPG and lambda sensors
